Tenor Dad 1000! New Site! Prizes! T-shirts! Hippos! Join the Celebration!

Ladies and Gentlemen!  This is it!  My 1000th post!  That's right, if you want to catch up on some old blog posts you may have missed, there are now a thousand choices!  I can't believe it either!  And to celebrate, I've got a TON of announcements!

For one thing, I have a new site!  The blogger site of old is no more.  From now on, everything will be done right here at the all new! You can subscribe to updates via e-mail (highly recommended!), you can comment, and then get notified when someone (probably me) replies, and the whole thing should be slightly more powerful and easier to use.  Do you like it?  It is easy on the eyes?  Can you find everything you are looking for?  I didn't beta test it, so I welcome feedback from the people who actually read it and care what it looks like!

One thing you may have already noticed is that there are Tenor Dad t-shirts and tote bags now available for purchase.  Finally, the gift for the person who has everything!  I'm sorry that they are so expensive.  They would probably be cheaper if I just made them all myself and mailed them out, but I don't have time for that, so I have to use a third-party distributor.  But they are still awesome, are they not?  And because I love you all, I am giving the first one away free!

It's time for another giveaway!  All you have to do to get an entry into the t-shirt raffle is to "like" the Tenor Dad Facebook page, and then follow me on Twitter, leave a blog comment on any one of my posts, or tweet out a message about my 1000th post!  See the little widget underneath?  You can do it all from there.  Winner will get their choice of t-shirt (there are two different designs!).

And of course, it wouldn't be a Tenor Dad party without some doggerel and a ridiculous parody video, so here you go:

“Forgiveness is a thing that you must work on to achieve.
Forgetfulness is something you cannot control, right Steve?”
“My name isn't Steve, it's Jim, and you owe me a debt.”
“Could you please forgive it? How much was it? I forget.”

I hope you enjoyed my poem.  And now, because nobody demanded it, the third entry in my acclaimed series of board game parodies, "Hungry Hungry."

Here's to the next 1000!
